We are accepting lottery forms for the 2018-2019 school year!

Green Dot admits students entering the sixth through twelfth grades through a public, random lottery. Depending on the campus, priority in lotteries may be given to siblings, students matriculating from a Green Dot middle school and/or to families living in the district or attendance area.

2018-2019 Online Lottery Forms

The lottery form deadline for all grades for the 2018-2019 school year is Friday, December 1st by 4PM.

To submit a lottery form for a student entering the sixth through twelfth grade in the 2018-2019 school year, the parent or legal guardian must fill out the below lottery form.

Lottery forms received after the application deadline will be placed on a waiting list in the order received. Lottery dates differ by campus.

What is a lottery form?

A lottery form is used to enter your child’s information into the public, random lottery for a specific Green Dot school. Lottery forms are accepted from Monday, October 9, 2017 to Friday, December 1, 2017 at 4PM. After December 1st at 4PM, the lottery is closed.

What grades do Green Dot schools collect lottery forms for?

Green Dot schools accept lottery forms for ALL grades. Green Dot middle schools serve grades 6-8 and Green Dot high schools serve grades 9-12.

When is the deadline for submitting a lottery form?

All lottery forms must be submitted either at the school or online by 4PM on Friday, December 1st. Any lottery forms submitted after the deadline will not be included in the lottery.

What happens after I submit a lottery form?

All lottery forms submitted prior to the lottery form deadline, December 1st at 4PM, will be placed in a lottery for that school. If the number of children interested in a specific grade at a Green Dot school exceeds the number of seats available for that grade, names will be drawn through a random, automated lottery process, and families will be notified of their admission status soon afterward.

What happens if I want to enroll after the lottery form deadline?

After the lottery form deadline,December 1st at 4pm, interested families should reach out to the school directly to see if there is space available at the school. If there is space available, the school will admit students on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If the school does not have space available, interested families can complete a waitlist form. Students are added to the waitlist in the order in which the waitlist forms are received after the lottery form deadline.

How long will my child remain on the waiting list?

The waitlist expires on the last day of open enrollment for the upcoming school year and does not carry over year to year. For the 2017-2018 school year, the waitlist will expire on December 1st at 4PM. If you are currently on a Green Dot school’s waitlist and are interested in remaining on the waitlist for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year, please submit a lottery form by December 1, 2017 at 4PM.
